• Sale of hardware wallet devices

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Holdexer products, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your hardware wallet device and PIN code
• Safely store your 24-word recovery seed phrase
• Understand that you have sole control and responsibility for your private keys
• Not use the device for any illegal activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Verify all transaction details on the device screen before confirming

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5.2 Shipping

We ship to addresses worldwide (subject to restrictions). Shipping times and costs vary by location. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

5.3 Returns and Refunds

Hardware devices may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original packaging. Opened devices cannot be returned for security reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Holdexer website, logo, and all related materials are the property of Holdexer INC. Our firmware is open source under the terms specified in our GitHub repository. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

HOLDEXER HARDWARE WALLETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

We do not warrant that the device will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure from unauthorized access.

Holdexer INC is licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS License: MT 104187) to operate as a provider of non-custodial hardware wallets. We comply with all applicable regulations but do not provide regulated financial services such as money transmission, trading, or custody.
